Zila Ghaziabad Movie Review

Rating: 2 Stars(2/5)

Review: Bollywood has got on a streak of releasing the gangster movies off and on. After, the hits like Gulaal, The Gangs of Wasseypur I & II, Dabaang and several such movie, Anand Kumar is out with his latest Zila Ghaziabad.

This movie is about the two gang leaders namely Satbir Gujjar ( Vivek Oberoi) and Mahendra Fauji ( Arshad Warsi). Fauji happens to be a right hand of Ghaziabad’s popular political figure Chariman (Paresh Rawal), while Gujjar on the other hand is to be son-in-law of Chairman. Gujjar is a well educated man and therefore, Chairman favors him and gets on his side most of the times as opposed to the gun power of Fauji. Gujjar’s education helps the Chairman in cracking several deals and thus Chairman has high regards for him.

During the wedding of Fauji’s sister, Chairman refuses to shell out huge amount of money for the wedding. This upsets Fauji and while the iron is hot, his to be brother-in-law hammers the shot. He poisons about Gujjar in Fauji’s ears, which leads Fauji to join hands with Chairman’s enemy to kill Satbir Gujjar. This is when Sanjay Dutt makes his entry as a bulky cop giving the story a new twist and turn. Watch it to know what happens next…who finally wins between Gujjar and Fauji.

If you’re fond of item numbers, bloodshed and some slang Ghaziabadi lingo then the movie will surely entertain you.
